The Infravadis Group continues its expansion strategy by integrating two additional renowned specialist companies from Southern Germany. With this expansion, the Group now boasts comprehensive coverage in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg.
New Partners with a Legacy
The new partner companies collectively bring over 60 years of experience in pipe and sewer rehabilitation, enhancing the Group's portfolio with specialized competencies:
- Industrial Waste Management for major clients
- Large-Diameter Pipe Rehabilitation for municipal clients
- Specialized Cleaning for the food and pharmaceutical industries

Employees and Locations
The employees of the acquired operations will be fully integrated into the Infravadis Group. Both locations will be retained and are planned for development into regional competence centers.
The integration will be conducted carefully, preserving local identity. Existing customer contacts will be maintained.
